Hi, I'm Phil. I've been passionate about fitness since 2006, and as an experienced Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Consultant, I love helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find the time and energy for fitness—especially with a wife and two young children—so I focus on realistic and sustainable training that fits into a busy life.

Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals to big organizations like Barclays Capital in Canary Wharf, The Anglian Support Partnership, and the University of Cambridge. These experiences have given me valuable insights and opportunities to grow in my field.

One of the proudest moments of my career was being honored as a Fellow Commoner at Queens' College, Cambridge in 2016. It was a recognition of my dedication to promoting health and wellbeing, and it means a lot to me.
